Causes of events

This document was first released by the user Chaofan Shou on X. Anthropic, officialnpmPackage @antropic-ai/claude version 2.1.88 with approximately 60MBcli.js.mapI don't know. The file takes the file name with the source content. When someone else gets it, they can go down. A few hours later, GitHub's mirror warehouse has washed up to thousands of stars. Anthropic began to delete documents, issue DMCA (requirement for removal under U.S. copyright law), and spread remained unstoppable。

The mechanism for this is simple。.mapThe document was originally adapted for trial. If you bring in the source code together, someone else gets the file, you can put the code out. There was no complex reverse process, the last check was not clean before the package was issued, and the code was sent with the package. It was a low-level mistake。

Claude Code's leaked running logic

51.2 The figure is large for all rows, and it is a whole layer that is leaked. The materials can be found in 4756 source files, of which 1906 are coded by Claude Code itself, and most of the rest are external tools and libraries that it calls。

Buddy

This time, it was a function that was previously undisclosed - Buddy, with rareness and properties and 18 species of electronic pets。

it's a fool's day egg this year. users will see a small partner next to the input box, usually blinking, making small moves, and occasionally a bubble conversation. enter/buddy pet, it's still in love. just call it a name and it'll answer you. it doesn't touch the core code, just as a companion。

Buddy didn't get it out of a card. The system will take your userid, plus a fixed string, do the Hashi once and throw it in a fixed random seed to produce results. The same userid can only get one, can't brush it over and over again, and get what a rare degree of pure luck。

there are five tranches of rareness. common is 60%, uncommon 25%, rare 10%, epic 4% and the rarest legendary 1%. there are 18 species, including ducks, dragons, hexagon dinosaurs, dolphins, mushrooms, robots, snails, turtles. there is no binding relationship between species and rareness, and two sets of independent extractions are completely random。

Buddy's eyes and hats still have a chance to shine. The probability of flashing is 1%. The hats will only appear in non-ordinary slots, including crowns, hats, propeller caps, halo, witch hats, fur hats and duck hats. As rare as it is, these appearances begin together, and they don't change。

THE SYSTEM GIVES A BASE SCORE BY THE RARENESS OF THE EXTRACTION, THEN RANDOMLY SELECTS A MAIN ATTRIBUTE TO BE RAISED, THEN SELECTS A WEAK ATTRIBUTE TO BE DOWN, LEAVING SEVERAL ATTRIBUTE VALUES RANDOMLY BETWEEN. THE HIGHER THE RARER, THE HIGHER THE OVERALL PROPERTIES. THE PROPERTIES ARE NOT BUILT UP YET, AND THEY WON'T BE UPGRADED BECAUSE YOU WRITE CODE MUCH LONGER。

As for whether you're going down in the future, you can see it in the leak code. The 1st to 7th of April is the preheating stage, and the opening session will provide Buddy with a rainbow tip. The note is straightforward, Comand stays live ever after, and the order itself will remain in place, unlike a one-time fool's day。

When Buddy put it in, Claude wasn't just a tool to run orders in the terminal. It started with a little bit of a sense of company, and it also suggests that Claude may start moving in the direction of long-term presence and continuous interaction。

Claude Code, this leak, lets Anthropic hide his secret under the interface for the first time outside, and lets us understand that Claude is such a useful bottom core. Claude Code is still at the level of angent project, focusing mainly on how the tools are connected, how the task is broken down, how many parties are coordinated. But when we look back on the code, the problem falls to another dimension: Agents judge how to record, how to test continuously, how to screen in real results and how to separate short-term performance from long-term credit.
