一 definition
- This application：Refers to the instant messaging software and related service platforms developed, operated and managed by us.
- user：Refers to any natural person or other legal subject who registers, logs in or uses this application.
- content：Refers to all texts, voices, images, videos, files, links, expressions, etc. generated, uploaded, sent or received by users during the use of this application.
二 Changes and Updates to the Agreement
- 1. This application has the right to modify this agreement based on operational needs or legal requirements, and release updated content to users through announcements, push notifications, or page prompts.
- 2. The revised agreement will take effect once it is published, and users’ continued use of this application will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
三 Account registration and use
- 1. Users should provide true, legal, accurate and complete information when registering, and update it promptly when the information changes.
- 2. Users should keep their accounts and passwords properly and shall not transfer, rent or lend them to others for use.
- 3. Any losses caused by the leakage or loss of account information due to the user's own reasons shall be borne by the user.
- 4. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you should notify us immediately.
四 User Code of Conduct
Users promise to use this application legally and shall not engage in the following behaviors:

五 Privacy Policy and Data Protection
- 1. We respect and protect the privacy rights of our users and collect, use, store and protect personal information in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- 2. We will not provide your personal information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the user.
- 3. Users have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and can manage it accordingly through privacy settings.
六 Content management
- 1. Content posted by users on this application must comply with legal provisions and this agreement.
- 2. We have the right to review, block or delete illegal or inappropriate content, and may take measures such as freezing or banning accounts.
- 3. Users bear full responsibility for the content they publish and any legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the users themselves.
七 Provision and interruption of services

- 2. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to system maintenance, upgrades or force majeure.
- 3. We reserve the right to adjust, suspend or terminate some or all of our services based on business needs.
八 intellectual property
- 1. The intellectual property rights of the software, interface design, text, pictures and other contents of this application belong to us.
- 2. The intellectual property rights of the content posted by users belong to the users, but the users authorize us to use it within the scope of providing services.
- 3. Without authorization, no one may copy, modify, or disseminate the contents of this application.
九 Disclaimer
- 1. This application only provides information transmission services and does not conduct prior review of content posted by users.
- 2. We are not responsible for any losses caused by users' illegal activities.
- 3. We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, network failure, etc.
十 dispute resolution
- 1. The signing, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- 2. If a dispute occurs, the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the People's Court with jurisdiction.
